A Monthly Active User is any unique player whose userId fired at least one event in our system within a calendar month. Inactive players don't count.
We don't cut off service. We send an alert and bill the overage at €0.05/extra MAU on Starter, €0.02 on Pro. Most overages are < 10% of plan.
